Your Best Bet for Mobile Document Shredding

Once you’ve made the decision to make Accurate Document Destruction, Inc., your document shredding headquarters, you’ll need to decide just how we can dispose of your sensitive financial documents, medical records, or other sensitive paperwork. We offer several solutions: We can haul your material back to our site for shredding. You can schedule regular pickups – we’ll even give you a waste bin (complete with lock and key) to contain your documents until our driver arrives. Or you can take advantage of our mobile document shredding capabilities.

If you choose this option, you’ll receive a visit from our self-contained portable shredder. Document shredding is its only job. The mobile shredding unit, as it’s called, will arrive at your location, and our workers will gather your documents to be destroyed. The mobile document shredding unit is entirely self-contained: It generates its own electrical power, sufficient to run the largest mobile document shredding and bailing machine on the market. And it can perform document destruction wherever you need it to.

Then, the mobile document shredding can begin:

  • You needn’t spend any time getting the documents ready for shredding. Our mobile document shredding unit eats just about anything: Staples, paper clips, file clips, rubber bands or file folders.
  • The mobile document shredding unit is connected to a state-certified scale that will weigh your documents prior to shredding. Some mobile document shredding companies charge by the hour, but that’s notoriously unreliable; often, unforeseen problems can extend the amount of time it takes to complete the job. Since we charge by weight, you’ll know how much you’re paying as soon as the final sheet of paper hits the scale.
  • Once we begin shredding your documents, we record the whole process on video. That way you can be sure everything’s been shredded.
  • Once every last document has been shredded, our technician-in-charge will hand over the video and the scale tickets showing the weight of your documents. You’ll sign a route receipt, and our mobile document shredding machine will be on its way.
  • Later, you’ll receive your invoice, a Certificate of Destruction, and a recycling report. All of the paper we shred is recycled.

If you choose our mobile document shredding option, you can be sure that your sensitive medical records, financial documents or other information has been properly destroyed. Visit our “Services” page for more information.
